CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection," I, a user of the Astana Bilim Academy educational platform, upon registration, purchase of a professional development course and/or creation of an account on the Astana Bilim Academy educational platform, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for the purposes of organizing and conducting training.

The procedure and principles of personal data processing are described in more detail in the Astana Bilim "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP  Privacy Policy.

1. List of Personal Data

I consent to the collection and processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic (if any); individual identification number (IIN); mobile phone number; e-mail address; region and locality of residence and/or work; the name of the organization where I work; position; information related to completion of the professional development course, including the course name, registration date and training period, progress through training materials, interim and final assessment results, course completion information, and information about the certificate issued; information contained in documents and information I have provided to the "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP in connection with the purchase and completion of the course, to the extent necessary for the "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP to fulfill its obligations.

2. Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for: registering me as a learner; creating and administering an account; providing access to the selected course; identifying the learner; recording training progress; conducting assessments; preparing and issuing the certificate; keeping records of certificates issued; transferring information required by legislation to state bodies and information systems; organizing post-course support; sending organizational notifications; communicating with me on training matters; performing "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP contractual, accounting, tax and other obligations; and processing inquiries, applications and complaints.

3. Actions with Personal Data

Consent is given for the necessary actions, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, alteration, supplementation, use, transfer in the cases provided for, de-identification, blocking and destruction of personal data.

Processing may be carried out using automation tools and without the use of such tools.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred to: authorized state bodies; state information systems in the field of education; organizations and services ensuring the operation of the educational platform, the "Astana Bilim Academy" LLP  information systems and communication tools; other persons in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Transfer is carried out only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose.

5. Retention Period

This consent remains in effect for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, to perform contractual and statutory obligations, and for the retention periods established by law.

Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data is destroyed or de-identified unless further retention is required by legislation.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

I have the right to withdraw this consent in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Withdrawal of consent may result in the inability to further provide educational services if the relevant personal data is objectively necessary for their provision.

7. Confirmation of Consent

I confirm that: I have read this document and the Astana Bilim Academy Privacy Policy; I provide the information voluntarily; I confirm the accuracy of the information provided; I understand the purposes and conditions of personal data processing; I agree to receive organizational messages directly related to training; and I understand that consent to advertising and marketing messages is given separately.

Checking the box "I consent to the collection and processing of personal data," clicking the relevant button during registration or enrollment, or performing another action provided for by the information system, constitutes the giving of this consent.
