International TESOL Conference to Be Held in Tashkent
The 2026 Collaborative Fall Conference, an international event for English language teachers, researchers, methodologists, and language education professionals, will take place at Webster University Tashkent on 17–18 October 2026.

The conference theme is:
Shape What’s Next: Advancing TESOL in Central Asia through Global Innovation
Jointly organised by TESOL Conferences and Webster University Tashkent, the event aims to advance English language teaching in Central Asia through international experience, current research, and innovative educational solutions.
Participants may present their research, teaching practices, educational projects, and methodological developments. The conference content areas include:
- AI in Teaching and Learning;
- Applied Linguistics;
- Motivating and Engaging Learners;
- Innovation in English Language Teaching;
- English for Specific and Academic Purposes;
- Content and Language-Integrated Learning (CLIL);
- Cultural and Intercultural Communication;
- Professional Development and Teacher Education;
- Academic Writing in English Language Learning;
- Teaching Speaking, Listening, and Pronunciation;
- Literacy in English Language Teaching;
- Teacherpreneurship and Empowerment.
Applicants must prepare a presentation title of no more than 7 words, an abstract of up to 50 words, a summary of up to 250 words, and a brief biography of up to 30 words.
Proposal submission deadline: 23 September 2026 at 23:59 GMT
Notification of acceptance: 1 October 2026
Presenter registration deadline: 7 October 2026
The general registration fee is AED 185, approximately KZT 23,100. Once their proposal has been accepted, presenters must register separately and pay the conference fee.
