Upon successful completion of the courses, participants will be eligible to receive two certificates:

The Astana Bilim Academy certificate may be submitted by teachers as part of the attestation process in accordance with the current requirements of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

These programs therefore combine the international content of OPEN courses with a professional development format officially recognized in Kazakhstan. This will enable teachers to access contemporary international approaches and educational resources, as well as formally document their learning outcomes within Kazakhstan’s national system of professional development and teacher attestation.

Participation in the courses is free of charge, and participants are selected on a competitive basis. Information about application deadlines, the selection process, and participation requirements will be published on the official website of the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan.

The programs will be implemented by Astana Bilim Academy in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan.
